Policy and Terms of Service for Handyman Company:

1. Liability for Damages:
   a. If any damage occurs during the course of our work, and it is determined to be our fault, we will take full responsibility for the repair or replacement of the damaged item or area.

2. Payment Terms:
   a. Payments for our services are due upon completion of the job, unless the total amount exceeds $2,000. In such cases, we require a down payment of 25% of the estimated total cost before starting the work.
   b. If customers request us to purchase materials on their behalf, the cost of materials will be included in the final invoice and must be paid in full before the completion of the job.

3. Violations of Conduct:
   a. We expect both customers and clients to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the project.
   b. Any misconduct, including abusive language, harassment, discrimination, or any illegal activities, will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to terminate the service immediately if such behavior is displayed.

4. Injury or Accidents:
   a. In the event that someone gets injured and it is directly related to our services, we will take appropriate measures to ensure the injured party receives necessary medical attention and support.
   b. Customers and clients must notify us immediately of any injuries or accidents that occur during the course of our work.

5. Returns and Warranty:
   a. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once the payment has been made.
   b. However, we offer follow-up services to address any issues related to our previous work. If it is determined that the problem is not caused by an installation error or our previous service, we will not be held responsible.

By accepting our services, customers and clients acknowledge that they have read and understood the above policies and terms of service. Any deviations from these terms must be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of work. We reserve the right to modify these policies and terms as necessary and will provide notice of any changes in advance.
